"This place has ripped me off twice now I paid cash they didn’t log it almost got my license suspended good thing I had a receipt only reason I knew is because of dmv sending me letters then it took 4 months to fix it…my payments are always made now my renewal happened and my payment date changed so they wanted 2 payments at ounce after I went in talked to them and he acted like I was stupid then a lady there helped fixed it I left thinking everything was okay but nope I go back on my app nothing was changed these people are sneaky I’ve heard of them doing stuff like this it’s a shame just because your in Saratoga you don’t get to take advantage of people I’m gonna find a new insurance company"

"My husband, Mike, submitted a short review a few weeks ago. Since then, we've been involved in a rather challenging process of obtaining a policy for our "second home" cabin. Lots of questions, from State Farm, required a significant amount of time to address. Let me put it this way: Alicia never gave up to help us negotiate the process, which required a significant amount of her time coordinating with SF underwriters. Despite the challenges at hand, with lots of time Alicia devoted to help us (she never gave up), in the end it all worked out for us and SF. Alicia is for sure a " SF miracle worker" as Mike aptly calls her. Alicia is a rare individual for certain; SF should do everything they can do to keep her on-board as a staffer. We've been with SF for decades, have had several different offices handle our policies in several towns, and in two different states.
