"My husband, Mike, submitted a short review a few weeks ago. Since then, we've been involved in a rather challenging process of obtaining a policy for our "second home" cabin. Lots of questions, from State Farm, required a significant amount of time to address. Let me put it this way: Alicia never gave up to help us negotiate the process, which required a significant amount of her time coordinating with SF underwriters. Despite the challenges at hand, with lots of time Alicia devoted to help us (she never gave up), in the end it all worked out for us and SF. Alicia is for sure a " SF miracle worker" as Mike aptly calls her. Alicia is a rare individual for certain; SF should do everything they can do to keep her on-board as a staffer. We've been with SF for decades, have had several different offices handle our policies in several towns, and in two different states. Alicia and Kyle's office is for sure "Top Drawer!"-----We can't say enough good things about this office---all staff are extremely helpful, too!----Valerie"

The rates are decent and the Drive Safe and Save ap shows me how carefully (or not) I’m driving, where ‘events’ took place ot then rewards me with a discount off my auto insurance rates.
